INTERIOR

New homes including prime and paint all walls and trim:                                         FROM $1.50 per square foot

New commercial building including prime and paint all walls:                                   FROM $0.36 per square foot

Pre-existing owner occupied homes including minor wall repair and paint walls with two coats finish paint:                                                                                                                       FROM $1.00 per square foot

Pre-existing commercial building including minor wall repair and paint walls with one coat finish paint:                                                                                                                       FROM $0.40 per square foot

Commercial and residential wallcovering/wallpaper installation:                             FROM $0.50 per square foot

Apartment walls including minor repair and one coat finish on walls:                      FROM $0.25 per square foot

EXTERIOR

All of our exterior work regardless of size require the same treatment.  We powerwash the entire surface, hand scrape and oil prime as necessary. We then mask off and cover all areas to protect from paint splatter and provide two coats of finish paint to all areas.
